Jacopo is specialized in corporate, commercial and tax law.
His practice focuses on projects related to operations concerning investments, internationalization, innovation and asset planning and management, in Italy and abroad.
He typically assists listed and unlisted companies (and groups of companies) in their ordinary and extraordinary business needs.
Jacopo is often involved in matters of interest to both Italian family businesses and foreign family offices, such as generational transfers and asset protection, tax planning and governance arrangements, through the establishment of trusts and holding companies.
He is passionate about new technologies, finance and initiatives with a relevant social, cultural and climate-environmental impact. In such context, he routinely provides assistance to non-profit organizations, social enterprises and innovative start-ups.
After completing the Erasmus program at the University of Maastricht (The Netherlands), Jacopo graduated in 2012 from the University of Trento (Italy), where he continues to teach in the field of commercial mediation and negotiation. He is a member of the research group on mediation and negotiation of the University of Trento (Italy). He is also a lecturer at the Master in Law and Business at the Business School of Sole 24 Ore, with particular reference to extraordinary transactions (mergers and demergers).
