This allows us to assist clients – real estate investment funds and Italian and foreign private equity investors – at every stage of their real estate transactions, safeguarding the entirety of their needs and providing a cross-cutting analysis of the strategies to be suggested.

• In cases of acquisition, disposal, leasing, management – and in the more general need for the enhancement – of industrial, commercial and residential real estate complexes, we engage in the preparation and negotiation of financing and refinancing contracts related to real estate investments and urban planning projects.
• We provide advice on urban planning and administrative issues related to the development and acquisition of real estate complexes.
• Concerning the conversion of industrial properties, we handle the analysis and management of issues related to environmental law, due diligence and the management of any litigation.
